Crispelli's Bakery & Pizzeria - Troy

I came into town to visit family. Getting Crispelli's was a great option for a good solid meal. I ordered a made to order pizza, and the Prosciutto pizza. They were both delicious, crispy and flavorful. The cheese sticks rounded out the meal. I will order again when I come through Troy again.

Went here with my friends a couple weeks ago and the food was really good. I got the Italian Panini with a side of fries. Honestly what makes a sandwich is the bread, and theirs was solid, I'd give it an 8/10, more than satisfactory. Sandwich was really great and filling too. The fries were good on their own but paired with their ranch it's next level. Make sure you order the ranch, it's that good, it actually inspired me to try and copy the recipe myself lol. Service was amazing, we had one server handling a ton of tables but she still crushed it and kept everything running smooth. The seating area was pretty nice too. Definitely recommend.

Olivia was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and checking in with us regularly. Her knowledge of the menu, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service made our entire dining experience memorable. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes so much pride in their work. Olivia made us feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of throughout our visit. She is a true asset to your team, and we will definitely be back because of the excellent service she provided. Thank you, Olivia, for such a wonderful experience!

Carole is hands down the best waitress we've ever had! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She knows the menu inside and out, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. What really sets Carole apart is her positive attitude and exceptional customer service. Even when the restaurant was busy, she never missed a beat and always checked in with a smile. It's rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued. The food at Crispelli’s is always great, but Carole's outstanding service is what keeps us coming back. If you're dining at Crispelli’s, ask for Carole, you won't be disappointed! Thank you, Carole, for making every visit such a wonderful experience!

On a Saturday night in Troy, we decided to go to Crispelli's for our date. Ive never been here before but I wanted to try it. When we entered the fresh smell of food being made hits you right away. We were seated a minute later and the restaurant wasn't too busy, the vibe seemed cozy and warm. We started with the meatballs and burrata, the meatballs were hot and delicious and the burrata was fresh. We ended up getting the fenel sausage pizza. It was very well made and the dough was not heavy and the sauce and cheese were well balanced. Our server Raine M was helpful and attentive always asking if we needed anything and replacing our empty glasses quickly without being asked. I will definitely be back and would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for good food and service.
